innovation and versatility for the future of construction!
SU.PRE.MO, the cutting-edge research project launched in 2022 and supported by the Autonomous Province of Trento, is a pioneering venture that combines the forces of prestigious universities such as Trento, the Polytechnic of Turin and Florence, world-renowned research institutes such as FBK and CNR IBE, along with experienced and specialized professionals in the field. With four key objectives, SU.PRE.MO is designed to redefine the limits of modern construction.

Materials
innovative
We revolutionize the concept of structural materials through targeted chemical and physical treatments. We use materials from fast-growing wood species, improving their mechanical properties to meet and exceed existing building regulations.
Accuracy
and efficiency
We evolve the process of prefabrication of wooden structures. We combine the X-LAM Dolomites load-bearing element with finishing components to ensure maximum precision, reduce waste and installation time, and minimize waste.
Customization

Greater possibility of customization. With an innovative platform, we enable the developer and designer to customize their own X-LAM building. Choose from more than 1,000 different architectures and order online, getting a structure made from a limited number of standard X-LAM elements.
Emerging solutions
and flexible
We are committed to offering solutions in emergency situations such as earthquakes, floods and more. In addition, we offer the possibility for the private end user to build his own house, taking advantage of prefabricated modules already designed and ready to be implemented.
